Add the "original version" note to the Elwood videos in Kaltura, and display it in Virgo.

This piece of metadata (534 field) wasn't imported into Avalon, and therefore doesn't display in Virgo and it turns out is (a) quite useful and (b) appears in a cucumber test in Virgo. This metadata must be imported and mapped and the test restored (it was removed).
