BOV files include web archives (though not part of this specific project ticket), PDFs, Word documents and related other materials.

These materials are part of University Archives, and will be preserved in ongoing consultation with the University Archivist. As born digital materials of high value to the University in fairly ubiquitous and sustainable formats, it is recommended that these materials be preserved at at least a Level 2 for preservation storage tiers, if not at Level 3, based on curatorial input.

These materials will be now part of an ongoing transfer of records to the University Archives and preservation pathways may need to be revisited.
