Resurrect Chinese Text Initiative as a static HTML site

      1. Find the original site (or harvest the HTML/images from Internet Archive)
      2. Convert it to a static set of HTML pages (minimal processing)
      3. Pass along the introduction HTML to Anne Kinney (via Jennifer Roper) so that she can make some edits.
      4. Request a cname
      5. Deploy the HTML to S3
        • ensure that we can access usage statistics, individual billing, etc.
      6. Update whatever redirect is handled for the URL http://etext.lib.virginia.edu/chinese/index.html so that it resolves to the new location
