Update image download options to reflect user needs.

The following has been reported:

1.  The rights wrapper just gets in the way and users have to waste time cropping it out

2.  The name of the downloaded file is identical, so users who wish to download more than one can't do so

3.  The citation isn't useful since the text can't be cut/pasted or read by screen readers. 

Evaluate whether and how people want context information linked in their images and provide a more useful experience.
