Minimally we need:

• Information about the event
  • date, location, registration link, key speakers, contact info
  • information about UVa: parking, accessibility, hotels, restaurants
• Scholarship information/application (potentially another google form that will allow submission of short text field)
• code of conduct

The pages can be hosted in an S3 Bucket, and the registration form can be a google form.
