The project appears to meet the need for preservation at this point in time: that is, it is no longer being actively updated and is ready to be preserved.

The questions for the preservation of content and context for this website are the same as similar projects:

1) What is the preferred system and structure for the website components to be collected, zipped, and preserved over time? After the updates are made and returned to the library for preservation, this is a technical and organizational question we need to answer.

How will we make this type of package (which is distinct from the access to the live, user-facing website that we may maintain for some period of time) available for discovery and use?

2) Once these questions are answered in collaboration with Mike's team, an MOU regarding these decisions needs to be signed by faculty involved in this project.
